[Seimond Ong, Sales and Customer Support Manager]
Prior to joining Sourcing, Seimond worked for a local Semiconductor equipments manufacturer with global customers. He was the Engineering and Production manager, responsible for the integration of various products and help in new products conception and testing. Before joining the local equipment manufacturer, Seimond worked as the customer support manager for one of the largest local distributors with present from Indonesia to China . He has vast experience in customer support of high-tech products supporting wafer Fabrication plants and packaging customers thru' out ASEAN, Taiwan and China. He earned his M. Sc and B. Sc degrees from one of the business university in Europe , and his technical diploma in electronic and communication (specializing in instrumentation and control) and Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from Singapore Polytechnic. With more than 18 years of experience in customers support and taking on more challenging role of sales, he can provide an integrated effort from the sales to after sales support.

[SM Neo, Chief Technical Officer]
Prior to co-founding Sourcing, SM was the R&D manager for a local startup equipment manufacturer. SM has been credited with designing products with intensive market research with customer's inputs. The products ranges from Test and Measurement, burn-in testers, Failure Analysis and Reliability. SM head the project team to work on various Turn Key projects for established customers on their new Labs for their new product development. SM works closely with International distributors on technical marketing on the developed products and the products' growth in different countries. SM has more than 15 years of experience in developing products and projects management. With vast experience and arm with engineering degree (Hons) from one of the best engineering university in UK , SM is versatile in both hardware and software development.

[Khong, Software Development Manager]
Prior to joining Sourcing, Khong was the software development manager a local semiconductor equipment manufacturing company, developing software to control equipments and the graphic interfaces. He was responsible for new software development and resolving the existing bugs for the company. During the 7 years, he pickup C-language programming, Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual Basic .Net , Unix, Java, labview, PL/SQL, MS Access, Oracle and has a major interest in WI-FI technology. Before that he was with an oversea company dealing in the Financial Sector that involved in major tools migration from client server environment to E-commerce. He is also the main designer for this website. Khong earned his B.Sc. (Hons) degrees from a renowned university in UK . With the vast experience in developing software, Khong is an asset to the company.
